It is organised by Regional Research & Technology Transfer Station, Bhawani Patna, College Of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Bhubaneshwar, Odisha University Of Agriculture & Technology, Odisha and National Agriculture Development Cooperative Ltd. (NADCL), Central Institute of Temperate Horticulture, Srinagar has been established under the aegis of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research at Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir.
